The team at EVS have many years experience dealing with each side of the coin and also Training. They have dealt with repairs both from the airline perspective and also from the MRO side. Each view has given them an excellent oversight of what is required both to lower costs and also increase reliability and the ability to cope with the volume and pressure.

Kevin Cooper - Kevin is the CEO of EVS Inc. and an instrumental character in the deployment of systems and "Usable" products to exacting standards. Kevin has an extensive background in aviation and holds a B.Sc. with Honours in Aeronautical Engineering. Kevin’s work history has included aircraft manufacture, simulation, component engine and airframe repair and employers who were operators, OEMs and third party repair stations. His extensive background and most recent experience in value engineering and warranty administration make him a worthy contributor known for his innovation and work ethic. |

Richard Anderson - Richard is the CEO of EVS Ltd. a Mechanical Engineering degree holder, he has worked his way through the Chemical industry working with Aerospace Companies on alternative Vapor based cleaning solutions for Hot and Cold section Engine components. He then spent time within GE Aircraft Engines on Accessories (Gen Accry/LRU/QEC) and Component Repair. Richard attained Green Belt Status in Six Sigma, and was training for Black Belt before he left. Recently Richard has focused his talents on “Shouldcost” analysis for airframe and engine components. Having recovered significant amounts from Material Review Boards (MRB), Repair Development, Component Analysis and migration, Richard is combining this experience with Remote Access Systems reporting to bring a new “Visibility” to repair and component Management. |

Richard Evans - Corporate Services Director of EVS Group has an extensive background in corporate communications, business direction, quality systems and data management, gained in the Education & Training, Advertising and Retail sectors. As well as Director roles, he has worked as a consultant for private and public sector organisations in manufacturing, engineering, healthcare and local government. Most recently he was Chairman of a UK Vocational Awarding body. Richard has BA(hons) and MA degrees in Philosophy and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and the Chartered Institute of Directors. |

Phil Kilner - EVS Director of Systems Development began his career developing database systems in the electronics industry, where he developed Material Requirement Planning and Production Scheduling systems for a PCB manufacturer and then to an electronics assembly house. After free-lancing in sectors as varied as horticulture and the mining industry, Phil added web development to his skills set in the 1990s e-commerce boom, first for a US software tools company then as a co-founder in a UK start-up, developing e-commerce solutions for companies including Freeserve and JCB. Phil joined EVS after recent work developing web registration and qualifications. |

Andy Slinger - Andy is EVS’ Group Director of Operations and a seasoned aerospace industry professional with seven years MRO experience, predominantly gained in the component repair sector. A Political Science graduate with a Masters in Business Information Management, Andy brings to EVS organisational and customer-facing expertise from his previous roles as Business Analyst and Business Development Manager. He now uses his business analysis, process and data management skills to specify, customise and implement EVS systems for our customers.
