Warranty Management

Warranty represents an assurance that an item will perform a certain function for at least a stipulated period of time. If this condition is not met the user is entitled to appropriate compensation whether that item is an overhauled aero engine or a recently purchased expendable seat latch.

EVS have developed an intuitive online system to provide pro-active warranty notification when a component is removed from service, and flagged for any SB, repair or exchange entitlements. Providing this warranty security layer around your organisation ensures every item is tracked through its life within the airline; and ultimately that you receive any warranty entitlement in full and when due. In our experience, operators often generate the basic data required to feed this system in some form. The key is to consolidate and process this data into useful information provided directly to those who need to make warranty decisions as soon as the item is removed from service.

With a fully functional standalone core system, the EVS Warranty Management solution requires no additional hardware, software or licensing acquisition; and provided the operator can access the appropriate data feeds to populate the system, it can be deployed with minimal configuration. Further integration with the existing systems is straight forward, and can be tailored to the operators requirement.
